Very well organized! Helpful signs for where to queue up for the time of your tickets. I was delighted to discover that they provide handheld devices with headphones with a wealth of information to listen to as we went thru the display areas. I would highly recommend it and a good value for the tour fee.

Kensington Palace is worth spending a couple of hours when visiting London. I learned quite a lot new stuff listening to the Audio guide and the castle itself is beautiful too. Recommended 😃
