Foi tudo perfeito à exceção da parte do voucher. Na viagem que fiz do aeroporto para Londres tive que fazer a troca do voucher por um bilhete físico. Na viagem de regresso não foi necessário, no entanto, o motorista disse que nunca tinha visto aquilo e até me pareceu que só me deixou ir no bus porque confiou em mim, pelo que penso que devem repensar esta parte. E devem também informar por que motivo o bilhete para um lado é mais barato do que para o outro, o dobro do preço. Obrigada

Positives....easy to find ticket counter which was directly outside secure area at LGW Airport. Easy to find his...not too far Of a walk. Good price...just $11 per person. Negatives....had to sign up for app to get WiFi. Couldn't access WiFi very well. Driver almost left without giving me my luggage. Overall good value. Cheap way to get to London. Clean bus. Just improve WiFi

The bus arrives every 30 minutes. We had to change our smartphone ticket in to a printed ticket and while we did this (1min) the bus drove away. We had to wait another 30mins and then started. The same thing with the ticket-change happend to other clients so make sure to change it when you arrive at the airport (printed vouchers also have to be changed into a ticket), else the bus starts without you. The driving style was a little crazy, we felt a little uncomfortable. Very fast driving but not very safe. It took us about 90 minutes to get to London (from Gatwick). The bus driver did not mention the name of the station when he stopped so we had to ask everytime. The bus driver was very friendly and helped everyone with the luggage.
