Wir sind vom Northern Gate zum Southern Gate, um dort einzusteigen und wieder zum Northern Gate zu fahren. Die Tour war OK und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte, doch man hätte in der Leistungsbeschreibung nennen können, dass beide Gates angefahren werden.

The National Express staff is very friendly. The only recommendation I would give would be to schedule your trip so that you have time to arrive. In the application it says that it takes 2 and a half hours to arrive but it does not take into consideration the traffic...so...if you go with very tight time you can get upset...

The bus driver was nice and accommodating. Helped in the best possible way when the route was messed up due to a traffic accident. The staff at the boarding center were rude and not the least bit service friendly. I have traveled a lot but have never been treated so badly by someone who should be service friendly.
