Learn about the legend of King Arthur and the famous Glastonbury Thorn, and see the remnants of St. Michael's church atop of Glastonbury Tor, destroyed by an earthquake during medieval times. See the magnificent ruins of Glastonbury Abbey with entrance included. Travel through the Somerset countryside to the quintessentially English town of Cheddar for a short stop to explore the local shops and to see the gorge. Overall, It was a good tour. However, instead of 12, I think it needs to be 14 hours, since you spend at least 3 hours getting there and the same amount to return to london. Even though the social distancing rule is lifted in England, the tour had promise to give the passangers some room in the vehicle. Yet we ended up in a small van where we sat next to each other.

Very nice trip !!!

I really liked the excursion, I recommend it to everyone. Joni's guide told a lot of interesting things and took him to interesting places in Glastonbury. It was comfortable and the first time we returned not tired from the tour, which lasted 12 hours. I recommend to everyone. Glastonbury is an unusual and mythical place, you should definitely visit there.

It's a long drive to Glastonbury but the tour guide kept providing us information along the way so when we got to the place we understood the culture of the place, the essence so well captured during the journey. For a day trip it takes long to get to the place but it's really enjoyable. Also cheddar Gorge was a surprise and absolutely loved the experience and later buying cheese from where it's originally made.
