My family & I absolutely enjoyed our Windsor Castle/Stonehenge Day Trip. Only thing we wished was a little better was the directions/navigation of where to meet at the departure point. The email instructions we received noted a certain area at the departure point, but the correct bus for our trip was actually at a different area at the point. Luckily, we had asked a few of the travel guides, but I'd anticipate that other participants for other trips could get confused and end up sitting on the wrong bus due to the fact that there were a ton of other buses all going to different places. We were glad to have chosen one day trip with just Windsor Castle & Stonehenge as WC, S AND Bath would have been overkill trying to stuff in 3 different locations, resulting in limited time for each. The amount of time at WC/S was enough to soak in Windsor (castle & city)/Stonehenge and its surrounding areas. Our guide, Peter, was so knowledgable, personable and friendly. Highly recommend!
The trip was wonderful, especially thanks to the guide Oliver and the driver Malcolm. By far the best guide from all the trips I've done (and I've done a lot). Full of humor, he managed to organize us in such a way that we could see as much as possible and not feel tired in any way. Full of information, he made us feel in the middle of the events and learn a lot. I recommend the tour especially thanks to Oliver and the driver Malcolm. Congratulations Golden Tours!
