Big crowds generally well handled. You don't join a tour group with a guide - your tour time is really like a filter to allow a controlled number of self guided people into the palace at a time. If your're a minute or so early or late you won't be holding up a group of people. MAKE SURE YOU EXCHANGE YOUR VOUCHER FOR A TICKET BEFORE YOU QUEUE TO ENTER.

A great opportunity to see inside Buckingham Palace

Wonderful access. I like that you are given individual video guide, free of charge, so you can go at your own pace. It would have been helpful to know you cannot carry backpack on your back, you must carry it in one hand. Only large bags can be checked. I would have left the backpack home, as carrying a heavy bag in one hand is awkward.

Visiting places we know on TV or the internet and seeing, live, portraits that we only saw in books or on the internet, makes the experience fantastic and unforgettable, even though we can only keep them in memory (because photos are not allowed). Not to mention that, at the end, the gardens crown the splendid visit.
