If you buy tickets in advance, be sure to go to the Fast Lane for the Eye (gate F). We were twice told to go to the back of the general admission line and wait for an hour...which makes no sense. Finally found an employee who steered is to the proper line.

I booked this boat ride for my friends who were visiting London for the first time. It was the perfect way to see all the sights along the river. The tour guide have provided some very interesting facts and information as we went along. Unfortunately we didn’t get any seats on top as we have arrived late so make sure you arrive in time to get a seating upstairs. I would recommend it to anyone visiting London.

Be sure to book online beforehand, everything worked perfectly. An insider tip: Pay attention to high and low tide when booking, this is not mentioned anywhere, but can be very relevant, because at high tide you can see the sights better. Small drawback, we had booked German, but it was ultimately in English. Otherwise really great.
