Yes, it’s a tourist activity, but it’s also so much fun and great for locals to do to enjoy the outdoors and a bit of adrenaline! It gives a new perspective of the city and the staff were very helpful and accommodating, providing a safe place for valuables and offering complementary jackets and waterproof trousers. Automated tour guide was interesting, but definitely was outshone by the journey itself.

You actually go straight to the prescribed jetty and not to any stand to redeem the voucher. That was a bit misleading. An employee carried out the instruction in easily understandable English. It is really advantageous to book in advance because the boat was full. We were allowed to sit at the front and got a splash every now and then. I didn't understand everything from the sightseeing part because the wind and water was too loud, but the music selection was perfect! If you want to go on an adventure on the Thames, this is the place for you.
