Derrick was a great and knowledgeable guide. Learned a great deal about Lozida and the African history and influences. The visit to Samuel Lind’s home to view his art works, absolutely amazing to see finished and pieces in progress. The stop at El Farol to grab a bite did not disappoint.

The guide was very funny and helpful. He danced and sang and told us about much of the area of Old San Juan and new San Juan. We really enjoyed the food in Loíza.
