Depart to snorkel at Phi Phi Le, a smaller island situated towards the south of Phi Phi Don which was the backdrop for the movie 'The Beach'. The water has fewer currents in the early morning meaning greater visibility for seeing colorful marine life and coral reefs. After this, proceed to the iconic Maya Bay a wonderful paradise with turquoise water. Relax and admire the remarkable scenery from 'The Beach' movie. After you have taken in the beauty of Maya Bay, head to the opposite side of the island to snorkel at Lohsamah Bay famous for its large soft coral reefs still in perfect condition. Bamboo Island is a virgin island uninhabited by humans and less frequented by tourists. Return to Phi Phi Don Island to visit Nui Bay and Monkey bay. The intricate Nui Bay and Camel Rock formations are beautiful features to explore as a snorkeler. When a body of water is hidden behind a rock you never quite know what you might find on the other side. Camel Rock has a deeper reef and 'wall' marine life ecosystem quite different from the shallower reefs. At about 2:30 PM, transfer back to Tonsai Pier where your tour ends.

Meet at PP Pirate Bar at 11:45 AM and depart the pier at 12 PM. Make your first stop at Monkey Beach where you'll stay for 30 minutes to see the monkeys. Next, move on to the historic Viking Cave before stopping in Phileh Lagoon for 1 hour of kayaking and snorkeling. From there, pass by Maya Bay and marvel at the beauty of this famous film location and take pictures of it from the boat. Maya Bay is closed for another 2 years to allow recovery from over-tourism but is separated from Loh Samah Bay by only one limestone mountain. Finally, enjoy a spectacular sunset with views of the Phi Phi archipelago before swimming with bioluminescent plankton at night. Delight in the glow of the plankton as they are touched in the water, making it look like you are swimming with stars in the night sky. The tour concludes with a transfer back to the port at around 7:30 PM.

This issue is being made by The Department of National Park, Wildlife and Plant Conservation. The closure will be from August 1st until September 30 2023. This affects actual passengers going onto the island but boats will still be able to view it from outside the bay as well as see the other parts of Phi Phi Ley Island.
