This guided food tour will take you on a walk through the old Ljubljana town. Learn about the city, stories of the people, architecture, the history of the Slovenian nation, and of course - local and national cuisine. This is much more than a food tour and definitely not your usual city tour. During the food tour, you will be served traditional dishes from a variety of different cuisines from all parts and circles of Slovenia's society along with 4 kinds of wine. You will also familiarize yourself with historical Ljubljana and hear an overview of the history of Slovenes. loved everything about the tour. The food and wine were a gift to the soul. Yasmin, our guide, has a suberb knowledge of wine and gave the group plenty of opportunities to experience authentic flavours from food and wine of Slovenia. She also showed us around the city centre telling us some great stories combined with interesting historical fact. Very entertaining. Highly recommended as this was one of the best tours I have been to.

The tour & Jasmine, our guide were excellent..information provided about Ljubljana , various wines & food included were great…I learned much about cuisine & history/culture. Jasmine was so knowledgeable & pleasant /funny.. I would highly recommend this tour & Jasmine..just don’t eat lunch before & plan dinner for after the tour …

Super fun way to discover Ljubljana! You learn a lot about the city, the country, the culture and of course the food and wine. You stop six times for a snack and drink. I am a pescetarian and where necessary there were good alternatives. My friend does not drink alcohol and was also given tasty juices as an alternative. The guide has a lot of fun and makes jokes. This kept things interesting. I definitely recommend this tour!
