This is excursion is not for everyone. It is a strenuous walk down to the sea and back up to the bus parking in Manarolla. It’s a beautiful place with great snack options, but please be aware that you will be doing intense hills. We really enjoyed our guide and driver, they were both very knowledgeable and personable.

Francesco is an amazing guide!! This was the best tour of our trip to Europe. Italy is so beautiful and he did a great job of providing us with information and facts. He never left us stranded, and always provided us enough time to see the sites. Martina is a great driver, the bus has AC! I can’t say enough great things about this tour. A+ (PS. Walking back up the steps in Manarola is TOUGH, take your time!)

Meeting Instructions Shore experience departures are out the port, from Livorno city center, next to the arrival point of the shuttle-bus from the port. Upon disembarkation , please, take one of the Livorno porto2000 shuttle-bus services from your cruise ship to the meeting point in Via Cogorano (City center shuttle bus). The ride is about 10-15 min. At the bus stop you’ll find Shore experience staff wearing green T- shirt. We will escort you to the bus.

Kiko was amazing! We were a little stressed when we got off our cruise ship & caught the shuttle to meeting point as the lines were horrendous to the shuttle & pick up but once we were in his care, he really went above & beyond to make our day memorable. Pisa was fantastic, with free time to explore. Coach ride with Martina was comfortable to Cinque Terre. He suggested walking a small path to a look out when we arrived in Manarola & I am so happy that we went, as the views were breathtaking. On the way back to port he sang some songs & best of all, he dropped us at the ship so we didn’t have to take the shuttle. They are so reliable with returning back to your ship on time, which was a great relief & we made it easily. 100 percent recommend. Thanks Kiko & Martina.
