Took the free shuttle from our cruise ship into Livorno where it dropped us exactly at our meeting point, The GYG crew was waiting in their green t-shirts to check us in. Beautiful double decker bus and Fredrico was an informative and entertaining host/guide. The bus had a great sound system so we could hear our guide who spoke into a microphone (we were up top hand he was on the lower level. This tour was as it said- transportation only (at a reasonable cost) and they returned us on time as guaranteed. Important to know that when booking this excursion: the bus drops you off a ways from the sights you are going to look at and a significant amount of walking is involved when you are on foot exploring (20,000+steps/day). Also, with the travel distance to and from Livorno there is limited actual time spent in Florence and Pisa, both wonderful, but if you wish to enter a museum or other site, avoid impossibly entrance lines and have a guide, book a "skip the line" or private tour.

It was disorganised at the beginning when a big crowd was looking for their tours. could have used some signboards to direct people. Other than that, our 3 tour guides (Geidi, Franchesco n Marina- spelling may be inaaurate) were lovely n informative. Marina even arranged our bus to go straight back to cruise terminal due to traffic congestion n we missed our shuttle bus. Great service n promise keeping agency. Value for money.

Really really good. We were really very positively surprised. Everything was well organized, we found the meeting point very easily and were immediately greeted in a friendly manner. The buses were very well maintained and clean and were brought directly to the ship in the evening by the bus driver.
