Discover the National Art Gallery, and be amazed by the work of the WAYAWAYA and Pure Skills organizations. Dive into the creative atmosphere of a modern gallery in the middle of the Zambian bush at the National Art Gallery. Enjoy the finest of Zambian contemporary visual arts with your professional guide, and even meet renowned Zambian artists. Marvel at the high-quality, artisanal products of WAYAWAYA, an organization that empowers Zambian women who lack formal education. Visit the workshop, meet the women involved, and chat about the art of handbag making. Next, head to Pure Skills, an organization that provides valuable skills and training for vulnerable and disabled adults in Livingstone. Admire their self-sufficient vision, and hear how they produce and sell environmentally friendly and upcycled products. Get to know the team, and see welding, soap making, and glass re-purposing. A minimum of two participants are required to book this tour. The tour is only available during the week, not at weekends.
