This experience was so special because it was made to be unforgettable...Every detail was tailored to the best satisfaction...From the tour guide to the spectacular Falls, to all the activities that were included...But most important was to be treated with the best customer service that you can expect...The experience extended beyond our expectations...We learned more than what we expected...The tour guide included every little detail about nature...From the trees to the flowers to the birds and history...We will always remember...THANK YOU!!!...We highly recommend this tour

Nothing goes perfectly planned but the guides (Simon and fortune and boat crew) worked hard to meet the program and tackle unannounced changes created my the management and other not so easy going tourists. Overall, they make up for today’s scarcity of big animals. Suggestions: made 1 option to pay for entry fees in advance.. Also, I noticed that with the heat and humidity kids and some adults can get tired. Perhaps, under the instructions remind customers to pack light snacks and small energy drinks for eventualities.

Simon was an excellent guide. All the transport from Zambia and back was on time. The Falls were great and the walk through the Rain forest was lovely and Simon was very knowledgeable about the plants animals and insects. The cultural tour was very interesting and informative and made us realise how lucky we were. The High Tea at the Victoria Falls Hotel rounded off a really great day. We loved it.

Booked the sunrise to sunset tour to chobe national park so that I could get in early before the crowd. Got to see zebras on the way. There is no lion in Chobe National park. If you must see, don't choose here. Got to see giraffes, elephants, hippos, impalas and gibbons everywhere! The sunset setting on the river was amazing.

Guide, Simon was excellent. He was informative and easy going, with an excellent sense of humour. Victoria falls is a spectacular scenery in itself, and visiting towards the end of the rainy season makes one to appreciate nature's forces.
