This was an excellent trip but there was a few hiccups at the start. We were late being picked up and then there was an issue at the border when passing us onto the transfer at the Botswana side. The guide at chobe also didn’t know we were supposed to be on a cruise after the game drive either. Although he did sort this for us. People make mistakes though and we weren’t going to let it ruin our holiday. The border is around 45/60 mins form vic falls and is open between 06:00-20:00. The trip itself is amazing. The game drive with Brave was excellent and he was very informative. Sitting in the 4x4 surrounded by hundreds of passing elephants is something you will never forget. Brave was also able to spot not one but two different leopards at two different times during the drive. One was up a tree and we were able to get some brilliant photos. We also saw lions charging elephants and all the other animals. The cruise was also good seeing elephants make the river crossing

We had the most wonderful day with Sam, our guide. The process at the border crossing was easy with their assistance. Everything was well organized and they made special arrangements to collect us at our hotel. Booking communication and regular feedback and updates were provided. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and made the experience 5 star!! He took us to all the best views of the falls and nothing was too much of an ask. We have travelled the world and booking through Cuckoo was the most professional and seamless booking so far.

Booked the sunrise to sunset tour to chobe national park so that I could get in early before the crowd. Got to see zebras on the way. There is no lion in Chobe National park. If you must see, don't choose here. Got to see giraffes, elephants, hippos, impalas and gibbons everywhere! The sunset setting on the river was amazing.

It was a wonderful experience and touched us very emotionally, thank you very much, nice pilot ;-)

The guide was very good. It was a lot of fun. I would of liked it to have been longer
