Full description
Embark on a magical mystery tour and see how four young lads from Liverpool were propelled to dizzying heights of fame and fortune from humble childhood beginnings. Replicas of the Casbah, Mathew Street and The Cavern authentically capture the early 60s, allowing you to experience firsthand the very places that helped make The Beatles the biggest band in the world. Hear the story unfold through our ‘Living History’ audio guides available in 11 different languages (English, Brazilian-Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, Polish, Russian and Spanish). Let all this take you down to the Beatles Story.  In 2018, The Beatles Story celebrates 50 years since The Beatles travelled to India with the launch of a special exhibition. ‘Beatles In India’ looks at this key period in time with new memorabilia, imagery and personal accounts from people who were there with them.

A few genuine artifacts but good recreations of certain things. After the Pepper section, it's a little quick (considering the time and space devoted to the very early years, but that was Liverpool). It is interesting to realize that so much of the early Beatles material disappeared (even the Cavern!). Of course, in 1962 few people thought the Beatles would become what they became, so a lot of stuff was metaphorically plowed under, leaving us with re-creations and scraps. I enjoyed the audio guide and the museum generally.

A brilliant tour with easy to use headphones. Great stories to listen too by those that knew the Beatles and clips of interviews with the Beatles. So much history to follow along the tour and photos to look at with pieces of Beatle items…Johns Gold Glasses!! A great venue to walk around situated at Albert Docks, Liverpool. Definitely recommend

Even if you're not the biggest Beatles fan, the Beatles Story is a must-see when visiting Liverpool. Armed with an audio guide, you will learn everything you need to know about the origins, successes and breakup of the Beatles. Everyone can walk through the museum at their own pace. Very informative and exciting.
