Please meet us outside the front gates of the Awe-inspiring, Gothic Anglican Cathedral. (You can't miss it, it's the largest Cathedral in the UK! Any scouser will be happy to point you in the direction of it). Just look for a lady and gentleman in old-fashioned clothing, holding a paraffin lantern.

  • This tour is wheelchair accessible. (Please note, that there are ramps and some of the location points may be slightly difficult for anybody managing a wheelchair- but we are more than happy to lend a hand wherever it is needed) For those with mobility issues, this tour is a non-strenuous walk, however, it does involve some walking and time on your feet listening to short stories. Wherever possible, we always try to accommodate those with mobility issues or disabilities and make our tours inclusive for everyone. overall it was a good experience-the guides were very enthusiastic in there story telling, the only negative for me was there wasn’t an opportunity to ask questions during the tour, as this would have impacted the “show” they were well rehearsed stories-but not scary at all-as i said overall good experience but on reflection not quite what i was expecting, and without the option to ask questions,i couldn’t learn about some of the facts that i wanted to know.

We didn’t know what exactly to expect when we booked this experience but we couldn’t recommend Ms Llewellyn and Mr Roberts enough! The tour was informative spooky and engaging, we didn’t notice the time going in! It takes you through St James cemetery with lots of stops for local folk tales and paranormal stories. The guides really pride themselves on delivering an enthusiastic tour and it was something different to do on our visit in Liverpool, would definitely recommend!

We had such a fantastic time!!!! My husband is a wheelchair user, and aside from slight difficulty getting into the actual cemetery itself the rest of the tour was completely accessible. The guides were absolutely amazing, and remained enthusiastic throughout the whole tour despite the rain. They had great stories and told them brilliantly. Thank you for a wonderful experience for our weekend away, it was spooky, sad, funny and so informative!
