Met up with several other couples at the appointed meeting place near pier head. Guide was waiting and chatting to other people on this tour who also arrived a little early. Then spent time taking photos and listening to our guide explain many things related to the water front as well as the Fab Four. We did not measure the distance we walked but it was not too strenuous for us (60 year olds), even up a set of stairs (due to a road closure) were not taxing. Stopped several times to listen to some very interesting facts about the Beatles and Liverpool. Tour ended up taking about 2 hours 20 minutes. Really enjoyed the tour.

Fantastic guide, this morning, 21 November, started at 10.30am. She made the tour so interesting, very passionate about her city of Liverpool, made it very personable. Was about the history of the Beatles but also some history of Liverpool. we saw and heard about things you just wouldn't notice on your own. I highly recommend this tour. Thank you.

    Excellent! Even in the rain.

We had a good guide (Catherine) who showed us around the key places and brought the Beatles era alive for us (even though we remembered it!) Completely loved the Cavern club and the live music still playing there today. We were lucky enough to see the Double Fantasy exhibition too ... fascinating and so moving. Would highly recommend this tour; good value for money and not just about the Beatles, good city history too.
