Very impressed with the kindness this crew took with one of our group who had left one of her bags back at the ticketing station and they held the boat for her, allowing her to run back and get it and still make the boat trip. As a tourist it’s these little things that can make the difference between an amazing experience and an awful one. Great service

The tour started late (20 minutes later) and we felt that we were punished because we were at the meeting Point 20 minutes ahead of time as requested of us. There was a maximum number of people allowed upstairs on the boat so our group got split up. when getting a drink downstairs we had to wait tongo back upstairs. open bar means sparkling wine and beer which was quite disappointing. the music was great and the views were super nice! i recommend but lower your expectations a bit...

Basic boat with upstairs and downstairs area. Limited seating upstairs so try to be first in line on the boat. Bar is downstairs though, so it’s not all terrible. Drinks served were white wine or beer only. It felt a little restrictive at first but didn’t matter so much as we got more drunk. Beautiful view of Lisbon over sunset
