It was my second time surfing and I didn’t expect it to be even better than the first one. Daniel was an amazing instructor, giving valuable feedback on each try which made the learning process both efficient and fun! I highly recommend Carcavelos surfschool if you wanna try surfing and I am sure you will love it!

It was my first surfing experience and I will never forget it. Our instructor, Daniel, was extremely talkative, helpful and happy to be around right from the start throughout the lesson. He was very supportive and corrected by giving accurate feedback wave by wave even spotting tiny mistakes. I had so much fun. I highly recommend it to everyone. If I find myself in Lisbon again, I will definitely do it again.

There were two of us and absolute beginners. We've never stood on a surfboard or anything like that. I went into the 2 surf lessons with the expectation that I was just learning how to get from the water onto the board. We would not have thought that we actually stood on the board several times. We owe this to our surfing instructor Bruno, probably an old hand on the waves, who practically threw us "into the cold water" without us being afraid. He gave us a great briefing, a safe feeling, valuable tips and had strong nerves, which he needed with us. It was so much fun that I can't put it into words here. A must if you are near the beautiful Praias Carcavelos. The organization was also great. After our 2 hours we could observe that a children's holiday group was looked after for several hours with surfing, games and fun. This organizer is just great.
