The only good thing is that you jave the chance to see a lot in less time that any other eay. I bought ticket for 3 buses but find the time to use it for Cascais. In the winter it's difficult, since there are only 2 routes the day. And the stops should be more recognised. Example:at Belem there wasn't any sign for the bus stop. They should fix the plugs, lots of them weren't working.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hop on hop off experience in Lisbon. We did this the day after a private small group tour in Lisbon, as the opportunity to go back and see things we enjoyed in greater detail. The buses were clean, all worked well and they were on time. We regularly use these buses in cities across the world. Happy to endorse our experience in Lisbon and recommend. We had perfect weather.

48hr pass worked well for us.

We had a 48hr pass & really enjoyed the scope it gave us. People had trouble by not converting the voucher they had purchased from their "Hotel" into tickets, the system needs improving. The fleet of tour buses seem to be mainly new & comfortable, but all the ones we used could do with more stop buttons to tell the driver you want to get off. These things apart we really enjoyed the tours & must congratulate your staff on their good natured handling of people of many nationalities.
