- For this option, in addition to the Time Out Market (where the wine store “Vinhos de Lisboa” is located), we also offer pick-up at Lisbon Cruise Port (Jardim do Tabaco Quay). It is not possible to enter a different pick-up point, and you must always go to the chosen meeting point. For pick-up at the cruise port, please remain next to the passenger departure port of the main building, without leaving the terminal. The tuk tuks are usually always punctual during pickup, but sometimes there is traffic and they are a few minutes late. If the tuk tuk is not at the pick-up point at the exact time of your reservation, you may contact the activity provider, so they can tell you exactly what time it will arrive. Whenever there is any delay, you will be notified as far in advance as possible at the phone number you have indicated.

Ride through the beautiful districts of Chiado, Bairro Alto, Principe Real, and Estrela. You will learn about the history and culture of one of the oldest capital cities in Europe from your guide.

- The pick-up point for the 1- and 2-hour tours will be mandatory at Hard Rock Cafe, while for the 3- and 4-hour tour, there is also the option of picking up at the Lisbon Cruise Port (Jardim do Tabaco Quay).
- For groups of more than 4 people, you must book more than 1 Tuk Tuk.
- This tour runs rain or shine.
- In case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route.
- The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded.
- The tour itinerary may vary if there are street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour.
