Full description
The Lisbon Bike Tour covers an approachable route, without any climb. The terrain is always descending and flat. You'll start at the top of Parque Eduardo VII and descend through downtown Lisbon all the way to Belém. The tour will last about 4 hours. Usually, your guide makes a short stop downtown. Here, you are offered a Portugese specialty and a typical drink. You will also make another stop in an old café halfway through the ride. This time you have the option of a Portugese pastry. This stop is also a chance for guests to use the restroom or have another drink. Drinks at this café are not included. Taking 4 hours to ride about 10 kilometers means that you can enjoy a slow pace with panoramic views. Your guide will stop at the interesting points in town and tell you about what’s around. This is the best way to get to know Lisbon. The tour concludes in Belém, another historical district in Lisbon. In Belém, you will be on your own and can get return to downtown easily by public transportation – bus, tram and train – or by cab. Your guide will suggest a couple of nice restaurants for lunch, as well as fine monuments to visit in the area in the afternoon.

We upgraded to a private tour with Jorge and he was phenomenal! He took us through the hilly cobblestone streets of Alfama to start (we of course used e-bikes!) and led us through a well thought out tour of all the prominent attractions on the way to Belem. He had great historical knowledge and was a great companion through the day. Thanks!

We took the tour from Parque Eduardo V11 to Belem. Our guide Sander was excellent. We had a small group of three people. The tour was either downhill or flat so we had no difficulty with the Lisbon Hills. The bikes are very comfortable. The route is very interesting

We had a perfect biking tour experience with Maia on this sunny day in Lisbon from the city center, along the waterfront and all the way till Bélem. We are not only mesmerized by the beauty of the city, impressed by the various stories shared by Maia but also very touched by the passion and the love that she has towards Lisbon. We look forward to coming back here very soon !
