Very friendly, and very informative. This tour not only lets you explore the important sites of Alfama, but also dwelves in its society's history, and lets you get a local's view point of the event's of older and recent history. We learned a lot about the historical sites, the structure of the society, explored hidden allyways (that we would definitely had overlooked on our own). This tour is a must!
