When we arrived at the airport I had to call the company to find out how to find my driver. I thought they would be holding a sign with my name, but instead I had to find a board that had a collection of names on it but mine was spelled completely wrong so I wouldn’t have known unless I called. My name is Kanani and they spelled it Canaā. After finally getting in touch with the right people, they took us to our driver and everything was fine afterwards. Driver was kind and helpful and the ride was pleasant enough. Other than the initial name mixup, I would recommend. Would also recommend you let people know to find the board with names instead of telling them a person would be standing there with a sign.
