I’ve never been to a cooking class so wasn’t sure about doing this. Now I want to do them in every country I visit. It was relaxed and friendly, the professional kitchen is high quality as is the explanations and guidance. So you can enjoy the cooking, there is no washing up, used dishes and implements are magicked away. Enjoyed chatting with the teachers and others attending during the session.

The Pastel de Nata cooking class was only for the three of us: 2 teenagers and an adult. Everything is super clearly explained, a very nice cook with the photos. Even for 3 people, the lesson and tasting were as for a full group. I highly recommend spending 2 hours actively in Lisbon.

we had a wonderful time discovering 2 of the portuguese specialties: pastel de nata and cod fritter. Our José and his colleague were charming and very professional. Our 13-year-old son Hugo who wishes to become a pastry chef loved this moment and decreed her nulero 1 of his activities in Portugal. Go there with your eyes closed.-Stef Kamal and Hugo.
