Well organized trip that left on time. Guide / driver (Miguel) was experienced, friendly and knowledgeable and allowed us to migrate between the two sites quickly and avoid the lines and crowds. Were previously thinking about taking our own train ride and touring on our own, but learned much more with Miguel that we would have missed on our own. The price was fair and reasonable.

We had the most amazing time on this trip (despite the rain)! Our tour guides, Hugo & Joao were so knowledgable and passionate about Sintra and this ensured we all had a fantastic experience. What was most impressive was it was Hugo’s first time leading a tour and yet thanks to his passion and attentiveness he ensured it was one of the best tours I’ve ever been on! They also recommended a great lunch spot in Sintra town called Tasca Saloia which was lovely. Pena Palace & Regaleira we’re incredible sites as well with beautiful scenery but complimented with the history behind the two sites enhanced the experience to the next level. Overall I’d fully recommend this trip to anyone and if you’re lucky enough to get Joao and Hugo as tour guides then I guarantee you’ll have a fantastic time!

Went with my dad, nephew, wife and 6 month old. I We brought our stroller and our guide was amazing and took it to the exit of places so that we could go in. The sidewalks were cobblestone so the stroller was hard to use sometimes and in some places there was no sidewalk so we held her for most of it. There is a lot of walking (a lot uphill) so if you bring a baby or kid be prepared and wear good shoes. There is also a grotto and the steps in the well are wet so bring ones with good grips. It was amazing overall and totally recommend.
