Explore the coast of Portugal’s picturesque Arrábida Natural Park on a thrilling coasteering adventure. Climb and rappel your way along the coastline from Sesimbra with professional guides, and experience the beauty of the area. Start with pickup from Lisbon, or meet your guides at Porto de Abrigo in Sesimbra. Get set up with all your coasteering equipment, including a helmet, buoyancy aid wet suit, rappels, and harnesses. Be escorted by professional and experienced guides at all times. Make your way along the rugged coastline through a mix of rock climbing, rappelling, swimming, and walking. Marvel at the breathtaking landscapes as you swim, walk, climb, and jump. Clamber over magnificent rocky escarpments that plunge over bays and coves. At the end of the experience, relax on the return boat journey to Sesimbra, and head back to Lisbon.

Pretty amazing! our guido Francisco was very helpful, well informed about nature and we felt very safe and comfortable. the tour ended at the beautiful beach, included high jumps and a zipline. It Was fantastic to see the coast from this perspectife.
