This 3-hour tour was designed to provide the best biking experience possible in central Lisbon so you can discover the Portuguese capital in a safe, fun, and eco-friendly way. You’ll ride through Martim Moniz Square, the starting point of the legendary tram 28, overlooking Saint George’s Castle. Cruise on your e-bike through Baixa-Chiado, the heart of the city and the main shopping and banking district, completely rebuilt after the earthquake of 1755. Admire its elegant squares, pedestrianized streets, cafes, and shops. Venture to Príncipe Real, one of the most interesting spots in the city. See the romantic park near Bairro Alto, where you’ll find lots of boutiques, traditional antique shops, art galleries, and colorful historical buildings. Admire Estrela garden, one of the largest gardens in Lisbon, featuring a pleasant café and a wide variety of unique trees and plants. Travel along the picturesque bike lane that overlooks the Tagus River. During the tour you’ll make a short stop and have the option of tasting Portuguese pastry. Very good bikes!, very nice people, very pragmatic, good route. The can improve (compared in other tours that I have taken) to have a wireless audio system to explain the city in a more direct didactic way. The cultural explanation of the city could be improved. Also, there was an accident in the group and a first aid kit would have been helpful. Also, they did not offered helmets.

Exercise with education

The guide was a young girl from the Netherlands whose multilingual skill was awesome. I am afraid I missed her name on introduction. Lisbon has many beautiful historic areas and we were shown quite a few of them. The only problem I have with this particular tour was unfortunately all the other cyclists were Dutch speaking and me and my wife felt we missed out on some of the information. However we are glad we took part.

The best way to see Lisbon

This was the most amazing and exhilarating way to see Lisbon. The streets are so hilly it would be impossible to walk it. I'm not the best bike rider but these bikes are easy to ride and the electric motor means that getting up the steepest hill is a breeze! Hugo the tour guide speaks perfect English and his knowledge is faultless. Also he makes you feel very safe in the sometimes busy traffic. Please give this a go I can't express enough how brilliant it is.
