The experience was great! The guide, Syed contacted me via WhatsApp ahead of time and confirmed meeting point for my ticket. He was very attentive if I had any question and also walked us to the top entrance and explained the castle areas before we went inside. Such a beautiful view of Lisboa!

Sent tickets to me by email and didn't have to pick up. Huge line for tickets but no wait if you have this. I would definitely recommend. castle was fairly nice.
