When you arrive at the meeting point you will be welcomed by a manager and the rest of the team who will check that you have suitable clothing for the flight. You will then be assigned to a pilot and fitted into your harness and helmet. Your pilot will brief you about the takeoff, as this varies depending on the conditions. Sometimes you will need to run a bit before flying, but this is easy and your well-trained and experienced assistants will ensure a smooth takeoff. Start your day of exploring Cape Town with an early pickup directly from your accommodation and set out to see the city's most iconic attraction, Table Mountain. Purchase your tickets and hop into one of the cable cars to make your way to the top of the mountain. Spend some time soaking in the breathtaking views of the City of Cape Town, Signal Hill, and Lion's Head. Then, join your guide as you walk to another lookout point and be rewarded with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, Camps Bay, and the Twelve Apostles Mountains. Ride the cable car back down the mountain and head to the V&A Waterfront where you'll board a ferry to Robben Island. Disembark at Murray's Bay Harbor on the east coast of the island and board a bus that will take you to all the historic sites. Get a guided tour of the prison while learning about South Africa's history, the struggle against oppression, and the thousands of freedom fighters who were imprisoned on Robben Island, including former president Nelson Mandela. Return by ferry to the V&A Waterfront and enjoy some free time to do some shopping or grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants (cost not included). End your day with a visit to the Two Oceans Aquarium. Explore the wonders of the ocean up close as you visit the penguin exhibit, shark exhibit, ocean exhibit, and much more. Finally, hop back into your air-conditioned vehicle and enjoy a comfortable ride back to your accommodation.

Your Lion's Head trail experience begins on a gravel track through spectacular groves of silver leaf trees. You will start off by following a path which reveals ever-changing views as it spirals around Lion's Head. Very soon the breathtaking vista of the Atlantic coastline and the magnificent apostles of Table Mountain will come into view. Soon the gravel track narrows to a path, from where you will pass the first paragliding launch pad. You will then continue along the stepped path with views over the very popular Camps Bay Beach and Clifton beaches. Following a further 30 minutes of hiking, you will come to a split keep on the upward-tending path. From here you will continue with views of Seapoint on your left, and following a further 10 minutes you will see the city of Cape Town sprawled beneath you and the front of Table Mountain rearing up high above. You will then continue steeply upwards to the first ladder, before traversing left along a shelf with a chain handrail. Next, you will continue with the path until you reach a fork, where you will have the choice to either veer left to circumnavigate two rock pitches, or to turn right and climb the rock pitches. If you are not into vertical rock steps simply continue left, from where you can carry on with the path past some huge stone pine trees to gain the crest of the southeast ridge. From here you will follow the obvious well-worn path via some scrambling and a ladder to the 669-meter summit.

Our trips departing from Quay 5 in the Waterfront. With a bit of luck you will have a chance to see Cape Fur Seals, Dolphins, Whales, Penguins and Sun Fish and potentially much more as we search the bay for sea life. The destination of the tour is not always the same as this trip is really about spending time on the water and looking for the rich sea life that can be found in the proximity of Cape Town. However you can be assured that you will have amazing views of the Table Bay and will be able to see some of Cape Town most amazing landmarks from the water: Table Mountain, Signal Hill, Lion's Head, Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches, Robben Island. You will of course be able to take pictures when the speedboat occasionally stops to make sure you have memory of such incredible experience. The trip starts with a safety briefing by the skipper, the fitting of life jackets and the signing of the indemnity in our offices on Quay 5. Children are welcome as long as they are under the supervision of adults. Our expeditions are weather-dependent and routing will depend on the expected weather conditions for the day.

The tour will then finish with a breathtakingly photogenic view of Cape Town's treasure, Table Mountain. This location is one of the most picturesque places on earth. No previous experience is needed. The boats are extremely stable and the guides come from a competitive kayaking background with extensive ocean knowledge. They monitor the ocean conditions carefully so you will be perfectly safe. The venue is located in the V&A Waterfront parking garage, next to the Oranjezicht Farm Market & the Lookout Function Venue. Discover the entire Cape Peninsula from Cape Town to Cape of Good Hope on this guided day tour. Marvel at the beauty of nature as you stop at Maidens Cove to enjoy the view of Camps Bay Beach, the 12 Apostles Mountain Range, and Lion's Head. Take a 45-minute return boat to Seal Island to visit the Seals colony (optional). Photo stop over at the viewpoint along Chapmans Peak drive, one of the most scenic marine routes in the world. Upon entering the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, your guide will provide an overview of the national park. Be on the lookout for ostrichs, antelopes, and other games. Scan the ocean for the Southern right whale during their winter migration (Jun to November). Take a 15-minute walk-up, that passes a spectacular viewpoints or purchase a ticket for the funicular to the Cape Point Lighthouse. Enjoy lunch (at your own expense), and free walk in Simons Town before heading to Boulders Beach Penguin Colony to see and learn about sea birds. Relax back and enjoy the coastal drive back to Cape Town, taking in spectacular views of the false bay with a selfie in front of the coloured huts on St. James or Muizenberg beach. Drop off will be just before 6:00 PM

Beautiful experience. Awesome view. I'd do it over again. Thanks to the awesome crew and my instructor for making me comfortable enough to trust in them and go through it. Very experienced and professional. Definitely one of my best experiences. Morning activities are the best so be sure to the in the morning to enjoy the best view.

The trail leading up to Lions is well marked. My guide, Irene was careful and knowledgeable about local fauna & flora. It was a great experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend. JoAnne. dxb.

Touring Cape Town with Mr Samora as our tour guide was exceptional. He took us to Table mountain, the aquarium and Robben Island.
