It wasn’t what I had expected but was a good experience once on the bus. The pick up directions were incorrect. There was no NVK cinema ticket office. There was no signage at all for the bus stop. After asking several locals we finally found where to meet. Good thing we initially arrived an hour early. The tour was narrated by an actual person instead of a prerecorded dialogue. However, they used a poor quality speaker system instead of headphones. Could not hear or understand much of the descriptions. Spoken first in Spanish then English. The highlight was an actual off bus tour of the Lima Cathedral.

The trip as such was OK. I could have gone to the same places way cheaper by Uber, however now I also got interesting information from a nice guide. In addition I could sit in the sun on the top deck and take as many pictures as I wanted, so for me the trip itself had value. However, I got stressed by this demand to bring a printed ticket. I am a tourist, if I knew where to print the ticket I would not need a sightseeing tour! And why should I have to print, should not they do it? After all it is they who sell that ticket! So I sent them an email and said NO WAY, I am NOT going to print a ticket. In the end they just asked me to email my voucher.. So why did they not tell in the first place? The second issue I had was the information they gave on meeting point. "Meet at Larcomar Mall in front of CVK cinema ticket office" Well, there was nothing there. Luckily I found it was at a counter marked Turibus 100 meters away. I complained and they admitted they ought to change that information

Tour is very nice, the catacombs are very interesting and definitely worth the visit! The downside is the tour company, that is quite disorganised - the meeting time on the ticket was wrong (they said 2.45 but the booth at the meting point said it was 3.15pm), the bus arrived late, so instead of 3.15 it arrived around 3.30pm. Comentary on the bus was ok but the sound was not very good so it was quite challenging to hear what was being said. Otherwise good tour.
