Meet your guide in the Plaza Major, Lima's main square and get introduced to the historical landmarks that surround it. Then begin your tasting experience of up to 13 Peruvian flavors around the city center. Get to know the history behind the unique fusions that characterize Peruvian cuisine and how they are related to the influences brought by the different waves of immigration throughout the country's history.

Visit local spots that very few tourists get to visit while in Lima. Explore the colorful Central Market, the largest market in Lima. Taste local fruits and products that come directly from the country's many small producers. Walk through the streets of Lima's Chinatown and try the Cantonese-Peruvian fried rice dish called arroz chaufa.
