    Experience traditional Peruvian food in a demonstration cooking class at Cala in Lima, Peru. Learn how to make pisco sour and tiradito or causa. Enjoy lunch while taking in the views of the sea just outside the restaurant. First, arrive at Cala, a restaurant beside the Pacific Ocean. Then, get ready to participate in a demonstration class of delicious traditional food, tiradito or causa, and the pisco sour cocktail. “Tiradito” is a dish of sliced raw fish. "Causa" is made from mashed and seasoned potato, creating two tiers that are filled with chicken, tuna, crab, vegetables, or another ingredient. Pisco sour is a sweet mixture of lemon, egg, sugar, and pisco. Continue with a toast in front of the sea while you wait for lunch consisting of a traditional Peruvian dish. Vegetarian options are also available. Finish your day enjoying lunch and a scenic view on the terrace of Cala.
