In the morning (7-8am), our driver will pick you up at the designated place, and then we will take 1.5 hours to go to the First Bend of Yangtze River Viewing Platform located in Shangri-La to take photos and have a short rest. The Yangtze River rushes down from the “Roof of the World”, the Tibetan Plateau, and enters Yunnan from Batang County, where it runs parallel to the Lancang River and the Nujiang River and crosses the high mountains and deep valleys of the Hengduan Mountains, forming the magnificent “Three Rivers” landscape. In the village of Shasongbi in Shangri-La County, the river suddenly turns more than 100 degrees to the northeast, forming a rare V-shaped bend, which is known as the “First Bay of Yangtze River”. Around 10:30, we will arrive at Tiger Leaping Gorge Scenic Spot, which is one of the deepest canyons in China. Here we will hike upstream of the canyon (you can also choose to pay to ride the escalator) and feel the power of nature, the strong current, the roaring sound of water... Here we visit for 2-2.5 hours. After browsing around 12:30, we will drive to Qiaotou for Chinese lunch (Lunch time: 1 hour). After lunch, you can take a short break in the car and our driver will take you back to the hotel to end the pleasant journey.

We will visit Glacier park or Yunshanping by round way cable car, blue moon valley, by excursion bus to visit the snow Mountain about 3hours. Then we go Baisha village, it's a quite and nice village in Lijiang city, in this village you will see some locals walking on the street, doing business, play with traditional music, traditional buildings etc, a peaceful village will be in your mind , once you are tired you can find a coffee shop and order a cup of tea or coffee just sit and relax , I think you will never forget it after you back home. Take a shuttle to the Yunshanping Cableway to visit the Spruce Meadows. Spruce Meadow is a huge lawn hidden in the original spruce forest, with an elevation of 3,240 meters. Watch the beautiful scenery. The colors of the lawn change in four seasons and the forest on the edge of the meadow form a natural barrier with the snow-capped Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Enjoy folk dances around the Spruce Meadow. Near the Spruce Meadow, you will find the Baishui River which is the upper reach of the famous Yangtze River in China. The bed of Baishui River presents a color of grey white as it is composed of sedimentary crushed limestone, when the thawing water flows through it. Baishui River runs through a deep valley named Blue Moon Valley, which has the shape of crescent moon and when it is sunny the water looks blue. Seen from a distance, the valley is like a blue moon at the bottom of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The Yak Plateau is a part of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Scenic Area, where the Yi and the Tibetan ethnic minorities live. Every year on the eighth day of the second month of the lunar calendar, the local Tibetans, Naxi, Yi, Bai, Lisu and other ethnic groups to White Water Terrace to carry out sacrificial activities, songs and dances to entertain the gods, ethnic customs are very rich. White Water Platform is an important tourist attraction in Diqing Plateau. We will visit here for 2-2.5 hours. After the tour of Baishuitai (Cotton Fort) scenic spot, our driver will take you back to your hotel safely.

As a result of the combination of the multinational culture and the progress of Naxi ethnic minority, the buildings here incorporate the best parts of the architectural traits of Han, Bai, and Tibet into a unique Naxi style. After the tour finished, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Lijiang.

Your driver will meet you at any hotels of the Shangri-la area at 8:30am or any time before 12:00pm, Shangri-la is 180km away from Lijiang city, The journey takes 6-6.5 hours by private car, because you also need to stop at the Tiger Leaping Gorge, If you don't stops at Tiger Leaping Gorge, just take a 3 hours. The Tiger Leaping Gorge, with its glorious view of the rapids, torrential current of the Jinsha River, was created through constant erosion by the waters between the Jade Dragon Mountain and Haba Snow Mountain. About 16 kilometres long, the gorge drops is around 300 metres in a series of 18 rapids. The water surface is about 1,800 metres above sea level and the Snow Mountains on both sides soar as high as 5,600 metres.
