This is awesome. You get access to 3 locations and can essentially pick your timing how to structure your day. Many said they would spend more time in Camogli versus the other two. I think it really depends on your group or desire. For us, we wanted more beach time, it was HOT, and we were craving that. So we spent 1 hour at the first stop- Camogli, and then 2 hours at the second for our beach time and lunch and then 1 hour at the end at Portofino (which is plenty of time). We loved how you could go at your own pace and essentially you’re just getting a Ferry boat ride. It was easy to structure and find everything. We loved it.

if you are planning on being guided, this is not the trip for you. This is strictly accommodation to all of the sites. However, it is very worth it in my opinion! It was very easy to take the boat from place to place, and I felt safety the entire time. Highly recommend this. What a great deal for the price!

Full description

Experience a full-day boating excursion and discover three of the most charming villages in Liguria: Camogli, San Fruttuoso, and Portofino. Enjoy options of visiting all three, or selecting which ones you'd like to discover.

Depart from Genova in the morning aboard the motorboat Città di Camogli and enjoy panoramic coastal views on your way to the harbor of Camogli. If you choose to visit San Fruttuoso, you will find a charming fishing village located on the promontory of Portofino and the Abbey of San Fruttuoso.

After leaving the dock from Camogli, catch sight of beautiful views of the tiny village. Next, you'll be able to admire the majesty of Portofino mountain, the pudding-stone landmark outcrop of Punta Chiappa.


Then, pass the exclusive hamlet of San Fruttuoso, followed by the famous Hermit's Grotto and the Cala dell'Oro. Next, in Portofino, you will find the awe-inspiring blue sea, the lush green vegetation at the edge of the cliffs, and the elegance of villas along the coast.


Finally, keep an eye out for bottle-nose dolphins on the boat trip back to Genova.

Great spots. The ferries were reliable. If you get the last ferry back from portofino make sure to be there early if you want to sit up top, particularly in the heat!
