Full description

Delve deep into the wild of Lapland on this reindeer safari from Levi. You will be transferred from your hotel to the silence of a snowy forest, where the reindeer will be waiting for you in their tranquil winter surroundings. Throughout the program, you will be told all about these wonderful creatures, and will also have the chance to feed them with lichen. Following that it will be time to climb into your sled and enjoy a ride through the snow, with the reindeer taking the lead. The route is around 1 kilometer, and you will move at a sedate pace whilst listening to the rhythmic sounds of the reindeer's hooves on the snow. Following your safari, warm up with a hot drink and cookies by the fire, before listening as your guide tells you about the role of reindeer in traditional Lappish culture. Should you choose to visit the reindeer farm when there's not enough snowfall, opt for the reindeer farm visit. Skip the sled ride and instead enjoy a tour of the farm, feed the reindeer, and savor your hot drink and cookies. At the conclusion of your tour, you will be transported back to your hotel at the Levi Ski Resort.

Schöner Ausflug auf eine traditionelle Rentierfarm. Sehr netter Guide. Man durfte ein Rentier streicheln, die Jungtiere füttern und auch die Schlittenfahrt war wunderschön! Leider ging diese nur knapp 10 Min. Anschließend gab es einen leckeren Beerensaft in einem schnuckeligen Cafe auf dem Gelände.

Die Schlittenfahrt war wirklich magisch und die Umgebung ein Traum. Leider war die Fahrt echt ein bisschen kurz. Die Rentiere sind unglaublich niedlich und wir durften sie sogar füttern. Der Guide war auch super nett. Getränke und Kekse am Feuer haben wir leider nicht bekommen, das gibt einen Minuspunkt. Außerdem ging der gesamte Ausflug inklusive Abholung und Rücktransport nur 1,5 Stunden, was uns, aufgrund der kurzen Silvsternacht, nicht weiter gestört hat^^ Statt 10:00 Uhr wurden wir schon 9:00 Uhr abgeholt, weshalb es noch recht dunkel war, das war auch etwas schade.

Super expérience, le guide nous explique pleins de choses, les rennes sont relâchés et libre chaque printemps. Elles ont l’air d’être en sécurité, à l’abris de la faim et ils en prennent soins. Le trajet en traîneaux est un peu court mais c’est coool et nous pouvons nourrir et caresser le renne de l’entrée. On voit qu’on respecte l’animal et ne lui impose pas les carresses etc L’environnement Petit village est trop beau
