Easy process. All staff for the explorer bus and at Scenic World were very helpful. Got great advice at the bus main office in Katoomba. Drivers very helpful,too. Do some research before you go help get the best out your day there. It also helps staff to give the best advice for your needs. We did a lot of walking in the area.

A wonderful experience. Beautiful scenery and views. Craig, our guide was so knowledgeable and very personable. He went out of his way to make certain that our trip was maximized. Would recommend highly.
