Food was well done, quite tasty and nice portions of food, water and wine (and three courses is a lot of food). Service was prompt. The boat was nice and had great views. Recommend upgrading to the ticket with the priority seating by the windows but even the center seating was very nice (which came with the lowest Étoile service). The only issues were: 1) queuing at the boat (unbeknownst to us) even though we had tickets we needed “boarding passes” and had to queue in line for 25+ minutes and platform 7 was completely empty and platform 5 was way behind and we almost missed our boat. There needs to be better communication between the two boats regarding the queuing lines to appropriately move the line along as some people were queuing for sightseeing and some for lunch and there was a lot of confusion. Also it was quite warm on a Spring day on the boat with little air flow for 3/4 of the ride. Would still recommend and will go again on our next trip with other family members.

Everything worked out great. We then quickly headed towards the Eiffel Tower. There was a bit of a queue there but the time was well used. Meanwhile, Catalina talked a lot about the Eiffel Tower and also took a quiz. A small gift was waiting for the winner. It was a lot of fun with Catalina. And the Eiffel Tower experience (we had the elevator option to the top) is something you really have to experience when you're in Paris. There was a 2-3 hour wait for people queuing at the box office that day. That alone was worth booking the tour for us.

Short but informative tour - basically you pay the price of a guided tour to get (quicker) access to the Eiffel Tower, especially to the top.

Everything was very well organized, the selection of drinks could be a little larger.

amazing experience, great fiod, music, service and value for money.
