Very beautiful and family, children oriented museum...small place but with many items to see and interact with them.. my 7 years son liked the interaction and my 15 years daughter liked the information, science and interaction of Leonard's amazing discoveries. We were moving slowly and enjoying the museum so it took 2 hours and a half. Well done to the management of the museum Just small suggestion: - There were 3 interacting touchable computer screens so you can understand many aspects of 3 inventions, which was amazing.. if they can make it for all the other pieces it would be amazing for the children to learn and imagine how it was build and functioned. I recommend all families with children to have a visit to enjoy together some science information in a fun way.

This small museum packs a lot of information about da Vinci into a series of compact displays. There are the replicas of the simple machines he developed, a hands-on area for model building, models of larger machines and weapons, examples of his cartography, a separate room dedicated to his paintings and drawings, and, in the largest room, the flight and war machines. There are copies of some of his notebooks, and a digital display. We spent at least an hour exploring the machines and seeing how the models work.
