    Meet your guide then set off on your sightseeing tour through Leipzig’s historical Old Town district. Start with a visit to St. Thomas Church, where the famous composer Johann Sebastian Bach once worked. Continue the tour to the Zum Arabischen Coffeebaum next, one of the oldest coffee houses in Europe. From here, admire the magnificent bay windows at the popular Barthels Hof. Later, stroll through the bustling market where you can mingle with the locals going about their day. Pass by the magnificent Renaissance Town Hall as well as the historic Auerbachs Keller, the second oldest restaurant in Leipzig. There’s also time to stop at the Naschmarkt before ending the tour with a wander through some of Leipzig’s most charming passages and courtyards.

    Max war ein toller und engagierter Guide. Wie haben sehr viel über die Geschichte und Entwicklung Leipzigs erfahren und einen tollen Überblick über die Altstadt erhalten sowie viele kleine Details kennengelernt die uns ohne Tour nie aufgefallen wären. Wir können die Tour nur weiterempfehlen.

    Die Führung durch die Altstadt von Leipzig war sehr interessant, abwechlungsreich und völlig kurzweilig. Viele Infos über die Stadtgeschichte von Entstehung bis heute, aber in so einer dosierten Menge, dass man nicht überflutet wird, sonder "dran" bleibt. Der zeitliche Rahmen war genau so wie angegeben. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!!
