It was Our wedding anniversary on the 31st of May, a canal cruise was something My Wife and I had talked about doing many times, but had never done. I had pre-booked the trip so it was a nice surprise for My Wife, who was so disappointed when She saw it was sold out, She was shocked when I appeared with two tickets. We both thoroughly enjoyed every minute, and would definitely recommend the experience to anyone who hasn’t yet done it. Thankyou for making Our special day more special.

The trip itself was ok - half an hour up a canal and another half an hour back the same way you have come - I guess that is canal boating! But the narrative given (as a recording) by Phoenix Night’s Dave Spikey was both informative and very funny - there was a fully stocked bar on board which made things better - good trip for the price and great history about the area

Enjoyed our trip on the canal by Skipton. The recorded commentary, while only loosely related to the canal, was very entertaining. Seats are allocated so there is no mass road to find the best pew, which is a great idea (not just because we enjoyed the front seats). A sedate journey, which was informative in local history and I would recommend as good value for money.
