Discover the secrets to making Orechiette in an idyllic setting, located in a courtyard dating back to the 1400s. Discover why pasta is such a beloved food worldwide, in particular, the varieties from the South.

Learn about Orecchiette and Sagne, a type of pasta made exclusively in Puglia, but exported all over the world for their goodness.

Follow a local woman and cook who will teach you how to mix water and flour and how to use all the tools of the trade.

Amazing cooking class in a beautiful setting! Our instructors were great and we learnt a lot from our pasta making class! Such a fun evening, we learnt how to make orecchiette and maccheroni pasta, and then got to enjoy our pasta with everyone with paired wines! We loved this class, would definitely recommend.
