Located on the bank of Lake Geneva, the castle is one of the most visited historical places in Switzerland, dating back to the 11th century.  If you decided on the option that includes the castle, you will have a guided tour through the building, and in case you did not choose the cruise option, you will be taken to the castle directly by bus.  Afterward, your last stop will be in Montreux, a glamorous tourist resort. Feel the atmosphere of great artists that visited this place, such as Aretha Franklin, Ella Fitzgerald, BB King, and Ray Charles. Wander through the streets full of fancy shops and landmarks of the famous jazz festival.

Explore Evian and stunning lake Geneva on this excursion by boat. Begin your self-guided tour from Lausanne and cruise on beautiful Lake Geneva towards the little town of Evian.  Reach this gem on the shore of the lake in about 35 minutes. Every year during the month of December, the medieval city of Gruyères sparkles with a thousand lights! From November 28, 2024 to January 5, 2025, Christmas decorations shine in the heart of the Count's City. Sample fine Swiss cheese and chocolate on this day trip to the mountain town of Gruyères. Visit La Maison du Gruyère for a guided tour of the cheese factory and stop for a fondu lunch at the restaurant. After head to the nearby Maison Cailler to tour the factory and taste fresh Swiss chocolate. To begin the day trip, you’ll be picked up from your accommodation and driven out to the picturesque medieval town of Gruyéres, admiring magnificent views of the mountains as you go. Your first stop will be at La Maison du Gruyère for a guided tour of the factory. You’ll learn about the history of the famous cheese and how it's made. At the end, you’ll have time to stop for lunch at the factory’s restaurant and enjoy a rich fondu and a glass of wine. After lunch, head to the Maison Cailler in the neighboring town of Broc.
