Problem with the tickets, during my trip on board with my grandson and an hour of waiting on the quay since he had put the departure from Lausanne and in addition he made me pay for an adult seat for my grandson who 9 years old when I had specified 1 adult and a child it was the controller who made the same remark to me on the return in May after the QRCode worked but imagine the embarrassment all the people around us are finally watching that's why I put three stars du couprien was able to visit Madame Duthoit
