Know before you go

  • The day before the visit you will receive the electronic entrance ticket via email, in pdf format, which you must have to enter the museum
  • Each individual visitor must have their own ticket on their phone, or on another electronic device.
  • The procedure will be as follows:
  • 1) each individual visitor, even if part of an organized group, must show up at the Ticket Office to have their name verified with their electronic ticket and their identity document.
  • 2) each individual visitor must present their ticket again, which will be checked at the entrance a second time. If the check is positive, the visitor will be able to enter.
  • The ticket will be sent to your email within the day before.
  • Large backpacks or luggage may not be brought into the museum
  • It will not be possible to enter Santa Maria delle Grazie during religious services or when the church is closed for break
  • Please note that this tour operates with an English-speaking tour guide
