I think the tour was wonderful. The guide was very informative. Even though you are listening with an earphone, sometimes she's hard to understand because she's talking to low. The problem I have is getting there early. When getting there before anyone else, I wasn't sure where to go. Instructions in the app say to meet in front of the ticket office. The sign on the door on the building says, "Online reservation head to the ticket office before the visit to collect your ticket". The office tells you to meet your guide in the square. The notice should read, "Please meet your guide in the square to receive your ticket for entrance". This way you're not wasting time walking back and forth. Especially on a cold drizzly day. Overall it was worth it.

The guide was fabulous. I learned so much about Leonardo and the symbolism behind the painting. There were less than 20 people in our group and we had the entire chapel to ourselves for 15 minutes.
