Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, only minutes from the Strip, has scenery that is so dramatic it is often selected as the backdrop for movies and commercials. Along the 13-mile scenic drive you will view the impressive Wilson Cliffs, part of the 65-million-year-old Keystone Thrust. Numerous geological features abound, including the fossilized sand dunes of the brilliantly colored Calico Hills. The tour Guide was very kind, pleasant and knowledgeable. The place is very worthy to visit. However only about 45 minutes in total was allowed to step out of the Pink Van to walk and view the place out of 4 hours trip. It would have been much better and more enjoyable trip if they allow at least another 30 minutes off the Pink Van to walk and watch.

A group of four of us took this tour and had a wonderful time. Our guide, Sandy, was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She picked us up at our hotel and picked up five more people at other hotels. The bus can hold 10 tourists along with the driver and has large windows for viewing. Red Rock Canyon is beyond beautiful and very unique. Sandy was able to answer all of our questions and provide interesting history and information. We made several stops around the park and were able to get out and view the surroundings. We also stopped at the visitor center/gift shop. It was a wonderful day and we highly recommend it.
