Go to the Mandalay Bay hotel-casino near the intersection of the Vegas Strip and Hacienda Avenue. To get to the aquarium once at the hotel, walk from the self-parking garage and go straight down the pathway toward Rhythm and Riffs. Next, take a right at Lupo and walk straight down the path. Take a right at Fleur and walk straight down the path. Continue down the pathway passing the StripSteak and Border Grill (toward s the food court). After the Wedding Mandalay Bay, make a slight left and arrive at the Shark Reef Aquarium.
